Document Retrieval - PSA, NBI & CHED
Most Filipino civil documents/certificates can only be applied within the Philippines. This is relatively easy if you are located in Philippines but challenging when you are abroad.
If you are unable to get the documents yourself, you can authorize DAAP to apply on your behalf and retrieve your civil documents from PSA. DAAP can also obtain your NBI clearance certificate on your behalf.
DAAP can retrieve the following documents/certificates on your behalf:
Birth Certificate
PSA
Death Certificate
PSA
CENOMAR
PSA
NBI Clearance
NBI
Marriage Certificate
PSA
It's easy to get these documents via DAAP. For most documents, we only require the following :

A copy of Valid ID of the applicant

A copy of Valid ID of the requesting party (if different from the applicant)

Proof of relationship between requesting party & applicant

Letter of Authorization
Important Note: A letter of authorization is needed to get these certificates. A scanned letter is usually enough but in some cases an SPA is required.
For NBI Clearance, you'll need to visit nearest Philippines Embassy to have your fingerprints taken and to get an authenticated NBI form which includes an SPA.
