Saudi Arabia Embassy Authentication

We will authenticate from Saudi Embassy

Receive your document
We will DHL the ready document back to you

Visit the link : https://services.mofa.gov.sa/ratification

Choose Saudi Missions Overseas as Ratification Place.

From the Mission list, select "Manila".

Select your Nationality

Enter your name, passport number, phone and email address

Click on the Add new document button

Select document type from the list and click Add new document button

You should now see the document listed under the documents section

When ready click Submit button

You will see a barcode with Request Number

Continue to the next page to pay via credit card

Save your invoice after payment

Step 2 : Post your documents
Send us the following documents by post or DHL

Proof of payment (invoice)

Original Certificate

Copies of Identification

Letter of Authorization
Note : If you don't have the original certificate, we can get it for you from PSA/NBI
Step 3 : Saudi Embassy Authentication

We will authenticate from documents from Saudi Embassy

This can take 2 weeks or more
Note : Every document must have apostille (red ribbon) from DFA before embassy authentication.
Step 4 : Receive your document

After the authentication is completed, we will send the ready document back to you by DHL or post.
